Theodora Eliezer | Symbiotic Drift
Theodora Eliezer is a New Orleans–based antidisciplinary artist, writer, and self-described chronomancer. Their practice spans installation, performance, moving image, sound, digital and physical artifacts, and research, weaving interconnected narratives that probe non-linear time, queer temporalities, and the entanglement of magic and quantum theory.
As co-founder and creative director of Momma Tried magazine, Eliezer has developed conceptual print publications held by Tate Modern, Palais de Tokyo, and MoMA PS1. Their work has been presented at Untitled Art Fair, the Joan Mitchell Center, Locust Projects, Frameline Film Festival, and the Contemporary Arts Center New Orleans.
Eliezer holds an MFA in Art Practice from the School of Visual Arts, New York, and a BFA from Warren Wilson College, North Carolina.
